Hike in John Forrest National Park

3rd of June 2012.
Sunday morning. Given the perfectly lovely day with bright sun and warm temperature we decided to go to one of the famous national park in WA. John forrest national park is the first national park in WA and one of the Australia's oldest conservation areas. It is located in Darling Ranges about half an hour drive from perth. Entry fee is $11 per vehicle. If not mistaken, gates close at 3:45pm.
Had a great time there, but it's too dry this time of the year, no water in the national park waterfall - we will definitely go back again in Aug-Sept for wild flower and hopefully waterfalls with water (haha!)

We only did few parts along the heritage trail - the tunnels, hovea falls and national park falls.

More pictures on facebook.
It absolutely worth the visit. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
